| Our client, an international fashion retailer with US headquarters in midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer. This is a permanent position that is starting ASAP.
The Graphic Designer will work hand in hand with marketing, merchandising and ecommerce team to conceptualize, design and execute our client's website as well as a variety of other marketing communications collateral. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ·Design client's high-profile website ·Design Mass e-mail and promotional pages ·Design banner ads ·Must have the ability to convey concepts through storyboards and verbal communication ·Develop all marketing and sales support materials ( Direct mail, in-store signage, Ad layouts, special event invitations) ·Ability to multitask and establish personal objectives to meet established deadlines ·Ability to collaborate with peers and associates throughout development process ·Maintain an efficient cross-platform media library of creative assets such as catalog and advertising images ·Image resizing and cropping SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS ·E-commerce experience a must ·Branded Apparel experience a plus ·Bachelors degree in graphic design or visual communication ·Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a corporate creative department, agency or studio ·Experience in creating strong brand presence ·Must possess an amazing portfolio ·Knowledge of latest design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Dreamweaver). ·HTML coding skills, use of editors and proficiency using CSS styles.
